Please note that the conference will be held at The Edge, University of Leeds. The address is Willow Terrace Road, Leeds, LS2 9JT.

ALL WHO WISH TO ATTEND MUST REGISTER (including those under 18 years old). The deadline for registering is 21 August 2022.

There is a registration fee of £20 per adult (ages 18 and above), £10 per young people (ages between 12 and under 18) and free for those under 12.  All payments are required at the time of registration. VAT will be applied at the end of the registration process. There will be no refunds after the registration deadline. If you are not able to register online, please ask the coordinating saints in your area to assist you.

Chinese translation will be available. If you need translation, please bring your own FM radio and headset.

BOOK SALE (NEW)

Book sales will be available at the conference however as not all the titles will be there; you can call Amana Trust and pre pay for the books you would like and you can collect them at the conference. A 10% discount will be applied to your prepaid orders as it would be at the conference. In this way you will ensure you have the books that may not be available at the conference as well as save in postage and on the discount. 

 

CRÈCHE (UNDER 4 YEARS OLD), CHILDREN (4-11 YEARS OLD) AND YOUNG PEOPLE (12-17 YEARS OLD)

Crèche will be parent-led.

There will be children’s meetings and activities during the conference meetings. Parents will be expected to help at least once during the conference. Parents must be responsible for supervising their children at all other times.

Young people (school year 7 and above) who come to the conference must attend either the conference meetings or the young people’s meetings. 

If you would like to serve with the children or young people, please indicate so when you register. More information will be provided later.

SERVICE

This event provides a wonderful opportunity to participate with others in service during the conference and to enjoy being blended together while bearing the needed responsibilities. The registration form gives several options. Please consider and indicate on the registration form which areas you might join with others to serve.

 

Due to the Leeds Festival taking place the same weekend as the conference, hotel rooms in the Leeds city centre are very expensive. Below is a list of accommodation options (with location and booking details) less than 30 minutes away from the Leeds city centre that are more affordable. In addition to this list, you may find hotels in Huddersfield, Halifax or Wakefield that are also quite affordable and easily accessible to the conference venue via car or public transport.

Best Western Bradford Guide Post Hotel

It is 13 miles away from the conference venue. We have reserved 21 rooms for staying two nights ( 26-27 August) with the following price:

 

  • 2 people room only for 2 nights £132.00
  • 2 people bed & breakfast for 2 nights £167.00
  • 3 people room only for 2 nights £157.25
  • 3 people bed & breakfast for 2 nights £210.00
  • 4 people room only for 2 nights £174.25

Please note only 1 room that can sleep up to 4 available, and 10 rooms that can sleep up to 3 (king bed & single bed), the remaining 10 rooms can sleep either 1 or 2.
