Welcome to the registration for the Saturdays at Woodland Camp 2021.
Amana Trust will be hosting series of 8 one-day, in-person events at its new Woodland Camp facility this autumn.
The dates are:
The price for the event is £20 per adult (VAT included). Please note that this event is open to all those 18 years and above.
The deadline for registration is the Lord's day before each Saturday event.
Shuttles will be available from Grange Hill Station.
Proof of testing is required to participate in this event.

Due to the uncertain health situation in the UK, Amana Trust reserves the right to cancel the event at any time. If this is the case, all event registrants will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued.
Event COVID Policy
Registration prior to the event is required. Due to the need to adequately prepare for the event, we will not be accepting on-the-day arrivals
Request registrants not to attend event if displaying symptoms
We ask event registrants not to attend an event if they are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms (a high temperature, new and persistent cough, or a loss of/change in sense of taste or smell), even if these symptoms are mild.
Also, we ask that all event registrants do not attend if they need to self-isolate (e.g., if they have been contacted by NHS Test and Trace, been in contact with someone who has tested positive, or if they live with someone who is displaying any of the COVID-19 symptoms).
If a registrant is unable to attend an event due to the above reasons, they will need to inform the Events Team as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued.
For the safety of our employees and event attendees, we require all event attendees to provide proof of a negative lateral flow test taken within 24 hours of the event.
Proof can be provided via the NHS COVID Pass, or with a confirmation text message or email of their test result.
Test and Trace/Check-In
We will display the NHS Test and Trace QR code to allow event attendees to check-in if they wish to. We will also have our own check-in system for those who would like to provide their contact details by other means. All details will be securely stored and deleted after 21 days.
We will provide facilities for and encourage frequent hand washing, and we will provide sanitisation stations.
Ventilation of event spaces
Well-ventilated spaces will be used within our facilities to allow for good fresh air flow. Doors, windows, and air vents will also be opened where needed. We will also make use of outdoor spaces (where appropriate).
Procedures for someone who displays symptoms
All event registrants will be required to provide proof of a negative test in order to attend the event. However, if after arrival an event registrant develops COVID-19 symptoms, they will be sent home and asked to self-isolate and book a PCR test. If they are not able to leave immediately, they will be temporarily isolated in a designated room until arrangements can be made for safe travel home.
Limited number of participants and shorter duration
We will be limiting our numbers. At times, we may split the event attendees into smaller groups/bubbles. Moreover, we will not be having any events this Autumn that include overnight stays. Instead, events will be kept to approximately 6 hours or less. This will help to reduce the risk of transmission involved in prolonged periods of interaction. Longer, larger events will be hosted online via Zoom.
For events where we will be providing shuttles, we will only be using Amana Trust approved vehicles. All drivers will have undergone COVID testing prior to shuttling. Vehicles will be cleaned prior to the start of the shuttle service and between shuttles. All passengers will be required to wear face coverings throughout the duration of the journey and asked to maintain a safe distance from other passengers. The number of passengers travelling in the vehicles at any one time will be limited to the following:

Adjustments may be made where there is a group travelling together who are from the same household.
General Amana Trust Covid Policy for Employees
We have implemented regular systematic cleaning of all event spaces and areas in the venue. Particular attention will be paid to areas/surfaces that are touched often in high traffic areas, e.g. toilets, door handles, handrails, etc.
All employees are required to take a lateral flow test twice a week.
Any employees who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have been in contact with someone who has tested positive, or live with someone who is displaying any of the COVID-19 symptoms are not to come to work. Instead, they will be asked to self-isolate and to take a PCR test.
Hygiene and Ventilation
Facilities for frequent hand washing are available and employees are encouraged to regularly wash their hands or use sanitiser if needed. All employees are asked to keep their workspaces clean, by making use of the cleaning products provided.
Employees are also encouraged to keep their work areas well-ventilated by opening windows, doors, and air vents.
