Since the announcement on 18 February, there has been an increased spread of the coronavirus in Europe, and more government restrictions on travel and gatherings are expected in the near future.
In addition, LSM has announced that in order to safeguard the health of the brothers, the March ITERO will take place via live webcast in the respective localities of the trainees rather than at the Ministry Conference Centre in Anaheim.
In light of this, LSM has re-opened registration for the ITERO through 11:59pm PDT Saturday, 14 March 2020 with the following guidance (training coordinators may log in at lsmregistration.com to activate accounts of any brothers who are approved by the elders to attend):
Given these changes, and in order to safeguard the health of the brothers and prevent further spread, we feel to cancel the upcoming EBT and encourage the brothers to instead register for the ITERO via webcast, as arranged by the brothers locally.

Amana Trust is monitoring the situation and acting on the advice communicated by the UK government regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus), taking any and all necessary precautions. At the current time, we will continue to have events but applying the following cautions:
We will not allow people to come from higher-risk areas or to come if they have been in these areas in the last two weeks. This currently includes the following countries, but the list will be updated regularly:
Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Iran, Italy, Japan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Myanmar (Burma), Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam
Other countries may be added to this list based on government’s advice.
Therefore, if you have already registered from any of these existing or newly added high-risk countries, we will refund you the event cost, but we cannot contribute to any travel or accommodation at a venue other than Amana Trust properties.
We will not allow people to come who have been exposed to people from higher- risk areas in the previous two weeks.
We will not allow people to come who are unwell or who have recovered from an illness in the last 24 hours.
We will encourage those who have multiple chronic illnesses not to attend.
We will ask people that if they do come to an event and become ill, they immediately self-isolate, notify us by telephone, and if possible, leave the event.
We will ask attendees to respect the hygiene guidelines of Amana Trust including:
Washing their hands for 20 seconds with soap and hot water before coming to the event, before eating, after each time in the bathroom, and when leaving to return home.
Frequently using the provided hand sanitizer whenever they remember to do so (in addition to washing their hands).
Covering their mouth and nose with a tissue or sleeve (not their hands) when they cough or sneeze.
Putting used tissues in the bin straight away and washing their hands afterwards.
Not shaking hands or hugging one another but greeting one another warmly with their words.
If we advance to the government “delay” phase, in which they will recommend social distancing, then all Amana Trust events will be cancelled. In this case we will refund the cost of the event, but we cannot contribute to any travel or accommodation at a venue other than Amana Trust properties.

Re: European Brothers’ Training—Spring 2020
We would like to announce the dates of the Spring 2020 European Brothers’ Training (EBT). The training will begin at 9am on Tuesday, 7 April 2020 and conclude at 2pm on Thursday, 9 April 2020. The location will be at Bower House, London, United Kingdom. There will be no concurrent sisters’ conference meetings during this time of training. If the wives of the brothers travel with their husbands, they will need to be on their own during the days and evenings while their husbands attend the training sessions, including the study and fellowship sessions and meal times. There will be no special activities planned for the sisters accompanying their husbands during the training. The sisters should be prepared to group and fellowship on their own. In order to continue this gathering in the way of training, we require that all attendants adhere to a standard application procedure by registering online. All applications are subject to approval. The training registration fee is £18, the cost for meals is £6 per person per meal, and the cost for accommodation is £24 per person per night (including bed and breakfast, linen, and towel). In addition to the elders, we encourage all those who are bearing responsibility and learning to serve to apply. This training is restricted to brothers only. We hope that through such perfecting times, the Lord will make us all able ministers of the New Testament, effective building material for the universal building up of the Body of Christ, and good stewards and serving ones in our respective local churches.
Yours in His recovery, Paul Cooke, Joe Davis, and Curt Kennard
