Please read through carefully before filling out an application
Thank you for your prayerful consideration to participate in the Lord’s move in France.
There have been major changes made in the way the gospel trips will be carried out. We want to communicate this to all the saints because this will make it easier to participate in the gospel trips. Please read the important updates below.
International participants will no longer be required to travel via London, and all approved participants will go directly to the city where they will be serving. Saints are still welcome to come through London, and some may find it easier to find connecting flights through London rather than directly to Paris. We will help with hospitality at Woodland Camp and transport/shuttle as needed at a very affordable rate. We have also modified the gospel trip dates during the Olympic Games to reflect this change. Each gospel trip is now 10 days in its entirety, including travel days.
OL1: 21-30 July: Paris, Lille, Rouen, Geneva (Switzerland), Lyon
OL2: 31 July–9 August: Paris, Lille, Rouen, Geneva (Switzerland), Strasbourg
OL3: 9-19 August: Paris, Lille, Rouen
OL4: 19-29 August: Paris, Lille, Rouen
During the Olympic/Paralympic Gospel Trips in July and August 2024, teams of around 15 saints will be sent to the following cities across French-speaking Europe: Paris (multiple teams), Lille, Rouen, Lyon, Strasbourg, Mertzig (Luxembourg), and Geneva (Switzerland). Please note that the Torch Relay gospel trips are full, and applications are currently being reviewed.
Please wait for approval before booking any tickets or accommodation.

Please note that participants must participate full-time. Part-time applicants will not be considered for these gospel trips.
Minimum Age Requirement
The minimum age to apply for the gospel trip is 18. If you are planning to have your family travel with you to be in France while you are participating in the gospel trip, please be aware that you are responsible to take care of their travel and accommodation arrangements, and they are not able to join the coordination or gospel activities.
Accommodation, Meals, and Transport
Participants are responsible to cover all their expenses, including transportation to/from origin to assigned location, local transportation, lodging and food. Upon approval of your application, you will receive a confirmation and more details from the gospel trip coordinator for the city you have been assigned to, as well as suggested hotels/hostels.
Most of your service will be the distribution itself, which will involve a good amount of physical activity including walking, climbing stairs, standing for several hours and travelling via public transport. There may be a need to serve in other practical areas (i.e., kitchen, accommodation, transportation, movement of Bibles, office, etc.).
As you will be participating in a gospel move, you are requested to abide by the dress code:
The orientation and coordination for the gospel trips will be in French and English. Proficiency in the French language is not a requirement, but those who can speak French are very much encouraged to participate in these gospel trips. For non-French speakers, English proficiency is a requirement for coordination with team members from different countries.
Other practical considerations
Please be guided by the weather reports on the internet and do not query the registration team. Please bring the appropriate adaptors/convertors for your electronic devices to be used in the UK and in France.
For any queries, please email us at [email protected].
The application deadline is 28 February 2024.
